The  building rating system outlined below is designed to help  office space users and their  tenant representatives evaluate alternative buildings and to  help determine how these buildings  rank against each other.

*Rate on a scale of 1 – 4;1 = Minimal   2 = Moderate 3 = Considerable   4 = Critical
